TESTIMONIALS
Even before I enrolled for the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification I knew I had entered the right path to transform my methods of teaching the language as I started treating my clients in a holistic way some time ago.
The main reason for which I signed up for the course was that I wanted to get some knowledge of how I could apply my coaching skills in language teaching and following my intuition to look for something that could transform both my clients and me. I also wanted to verify my coaching skills I acquired in the general coaching course and to move my language coaching skills to a higher level.
I started working as a language coach a couple of months before using the knowledge I gained in the coaching course. I knew the power of coaching from my own experience.
Being coached by you in the course had an absolutely soothing impact on me as well as other participants. I know it may be sometimes irritating for clients not to get the answers to their questions but once they find them on their own, the feeling disappears. You have a choice to find someone serving you as an agony aunt or look for answers in the depth of your soul.
Having been in the NeuroLanguage Coaching Transformation I now believe even more in my own power to transform my skills as a language trainer. At the same time the course showed me that teaching the language is not enough for me. I want to explore coaching approach in more fields of my professional life. Most probably I will choose to use the language only as a tool to grow as a coach and expert.
Our weekend F2F training in Warsaw was a great opportunity for networking, meeting fantastic people who are enthusiastic about teaching – that’s the added value you can’t experience being online only. It was also helpful to stay more focused on the goal. At home it wasn’t the same as the closed door to the room was not always enough to stay in the process all the time. And when it comes to the training venue itself – the silence of the place was outstanding!
I left the course with the feeling of accomplishment, recognizing my strengths and weaknesses, strengthening my intuition. You can’t do such courses in a big group of people. It is a very intimate experience and a journey to self-discovery.
NeuroLanguage Coaching is the next step in my professional development that helps me become a more empthatetic person to my clients. NeuroLanguage Coaching is a key to many doors that have stayed closed for me for too long. And the same metaphore I want to use to show the impact of this approach on my clients.
Kasia, you absolutely inspired me to develop my skills as a coach and you also showed me that you may be a well-trained person and still open to learn from others. I was also impressed how much you tried to care about us and at the same time you knew your needs were equally important. I also found your inner peace absolutely astonishing and having an extremely positive impact on me.
I have always been a teacher who tried to create a friendly environment for my students to learn and to speak their mind freely. When I signed up for the programme I felt there’s somethng I am missing and i had and still have the desire to help my students as much as I can. I wanted to find out what i was lookign for, to develop as a teacher/mentor/coach.
I came with almost no experience of coaching, but during practical exercises in the course I could somehow experience the first and very powerful steps of being a coach – it was intense and enriching.
Going through the transformation led by Kate I can definitely slow down and be calmer 😉 and i just confirmed to myslef I love what I do and I do it pretty well 😉
The training venue in Warsaw is a lovely and cozy place with an artistic vibe. I really loved being there live among the group of people who think the same and feel the same as it gives the power „to change the world”, the strenght to keep going.
And Kate is like the waterfall of warmth, uderstanding, acceptance, love and knowledge embracing me as I am.
From the beginning of my career as an educator, I have always been interested in innovations in education, such as online tools, new mnemonic techniques, or unconventional approaches to the learning process. I can say that I have been and still am a seeking educator. I believed that the way I teach yields good results, but now I am convinced of it. I must admit that I was extremely curious about Neurolanguage Coaching.
I signed up for the course, because I wanted to delve into a new approach to teaching English to be able to offer my current and future customers an entirely new quality. During my classes, I focus on making the knowledge transfer enjoyable because I believe that we only learn effectively in an optimistic and positive learning environment.
My main expectation was to learn about the aspects of Neurolanguage coaching and apply them in my daily work. Before starting the course, I thought it would be a concept very based on rigid structures, but I notice that there is quite a bit of room for the unknown here.
Your calm and balanced way of conducting meetings with us gave me a lot of inner peace. I observe a gradual change in the way I communicate with my clients and an even greater positive reception of my classes.
Before the course my knowledge of coaching was very theoretical. I had heard a lot about coaching, conducted English classes for coaches, but had never participated in a real coaching session myself. When I first heard the word „coaching,” I thought it was a form of psychological support for people who couldn’t cope with their lives. Now, it represents holistic human development for me.
During the course I really appreciated the aspect of active listening both in the role of a coach and a coachee. I believe it is the foundation of fruitful communication, not only during coaching sessions but also in everyday life. I am glad that I have come to know the so-called „dopamine effect” because now I can name that state and give it a functional framework.
Thanks to the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification programme I have also reinvented in myself the ability to activate and trigger the „dopamine effect” in my students – which is so powerful skill.
Neurolanguage Coaching is, for me – of course, a journey aimed at development, not only linguistic but also personal. It is a process of change.
The dominant feeling I left the course with was calmness. Despite the upcoming recording of the diagnostic session 🙂 which (for me) involves stress while recording my voice, the course itself gave me a sense of considerable satisfaction with the time I devoted to our meetings.
Thank you, Kate. I am grateful that I could learn from you.
Before I entered the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification process I felt quite good about myself as an educator, I really liked what I did.
What attracted me to sign up for the course was the idea of coaching itself, which I understood as giving the power to the coachee / the learner and stepping back as an educator.
Some time before I met a life coach who in fact did not coach me as she was my psychologist. She asked a lot of powerful questions that have had a huge impact on me. Since then I knew that coaching is something for me. To be honest, I did not ally know what coaching is – I listened to coaching podcasts and I felt it was something meant for me. I didn’t know a lot about the coaching philosophy. When I started the course with Kate I immediately knew that I was in the right place, where I belong 😍
I did not bring any particular expectations to the course – I just felt I want and need this course.
At the very begining it was quite hard for me, there was a lot of new information to process. When I entered the role of a coach I need to really focus to listen and pay a lot of attention to what the coachee was saying. Being in the shoes of a coachee was a brand new feeling to me, because no one had asked about my feelings before and now I know how important it is. Since I remember I have always used permission questions in my communiction, however I didn’t know how important they are in human interaction from brain’s perspctive.
I can see that the knowledge I gained in the process of the Neuroanguage Transformation is very useful in my everyday life. Sometimes I try to coach myself when I feel doubt 😉 When talkig with others I try to ask questions instead of giving people ready answers that they urge to hear. I pay more attention to the subconscious brain since I know it plays more powerful role than the conscious one – eg. I always turn off the radio when I hear news of commercials!
For me NeuroLanguage Coaching is art. It’s the art of asking powerful questions in the brain friendly way and setting achievable goals in the process of learning a foreign language. I love the mixture of neuroscience, coaching and the new methods of teaching the foreign language.
I think that it it is indescribable that we could meet face to face and in real life! The day that we met off line for the first time was definitely the the day that I remember most. Being a part of community of supporting woman where you feel accepted as you are is everything ♥️
Kate, I feel that you gave 200 % from yourself during the course. I felt being taken real care of – before, during and after the course. Although I believe there is no “after” as we are still in touch and in the process of creating something incredible!
When I am in the community I feel that I can be myself. I feel accepted the way I am. After each and every session delivered by you I feel that my batteries are fully charged and I can do everything 😁
Thank you for showing me in a very professional way the new process of learning. I feel your energy and I admire the knowledge and experience you have. You are the best possible mentor I have ever had ♥️
At first I was full of passion and enthusiasm for teaching and the English language itself but after working in a private language school for 3 years I felt really burnt out and kinda lost. When I signed up for the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification delivered by Kate in Warsaw I was looking for sth that would give me a new direction and reignite this spark I seemed to have lost.
I think I was hoping to learn how to effectively work with adults, as I mainly had experience working with children and teens. I also wanted to see what coaching is about as I had no previous experience with it. But to be completely honest, my expectations were not very clear, I just remember I was very curious and excited about the course and simply open to the experience and what it might bring.
I had no coaching experience before this course. Didn’t really know what it is. I only heard the names of famous coaches like Mel Robbins and thought of them as „motivation people” 😀 During our course I learned everything I now know about coaching. My two main takeaways are how it’s different from psychotherapy and that it’s not about telling someone what to do, but asking the right questions so that they can find on their own. Still blows my mind 😅
Having participated in the NuroLangauage Coaching transformation programme I think I have totally reinvented myself as an educator. Now, I have a completely different outlook on the learning process and my role in it. I mean here that transfer of responsibility for the learning process onto the coachee which is quite liberating when I work with them as partners. I’m definitely more aware in my role as a teacher. I made many changes in how I teach, and there are for sure more to come.
I would say it started a process of profound changes in both my professional and personal life. It gave me this direction I was looking for. I think it had a very profound impact on all of my relations and also the way I communicate.
Meeting F2F in Warsaw was extremely beneficial for all of us. Especially after the pandemic, when we all crave this human contact and connection even more. For me, I know that any such tangible experience (compared to online) leaves a deeper and long-lasting effect on me. I also loved the fact that we all sat around one big table, not separate desks!
Kate, you sparked so many insights in me! I think, first and foremost, as it’s been mentioned before, not just by me, the experience of your calming presence was extremely transformative. You showed me the value of honesty in the coaching process. How we are a tool and need to take care of ourselves in order to work most effectively. How every change is a process and doesn’t happen overnight. The role of intention and awareness in everything we do. The power our words have, and I could go on… But the point is you led by example and embodied everything that you were teaching us, and I think that was the reason why I was able to take so much from it and start practicing it in my life.
Working with you – the coach in the role of our trainer – definitely decreased the levels of stress that a standard learning environment usually causes in me (school trauma) and that’s why I got so „hooked” on this method 😀 i could feel myself how different (and more effective and pleasant) it is compared to standard teaching
I left the course deeply inspired and highly motivated for change and I do believe that NeuroLanguage Coaching is a teaching method of the future.
Kate. I just want you to know that to me, you’re the best. And thank you for everything you do ❤️
Although I felt quite good about myself as a teacher – I’ve been teaching English for more than 22 years and consider myself as an open person to new approaches – I enrolled for the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification in Warsaw, because I wanted to gain new skills, new knowledge of yet a „different”teaching approach.
I’ve been teaching in a coaching style for the last few years. I studied pedagogy and psychology, read a lot, went through many courses, was in the coaching process myself and practiced language coaching with my clients. I considered coaching as the process of supporting my clients in achieving their language goals via the usage of personalised materials in the process. But NeuroLanguage Coaching turns out to be so much more than just a way of transfering language knowledge with brain friendly tools and with a coaching approach.
I am very glad I could try both roles in the course – being the coach and being the coachee. It let me experience the delivery as well as reception process. I could also practice theory delivered in the course in practice which was real learning by doing.
I enrolled for the course with Kate also because I wanted to „slow down” as a person, save more energy while teaching and get to know how to motivate my students more in the process of language learning.
And since our very first meeting I felt her intangible smoothness and the calming effect she had on my process of thinking.
I feel that Kate’s genuinely coaching style of delivery is really effective as I learned a lot during our meetings. When after our meetings I read materials or books, I felt as if the way she presented and explained it was „beyond awesome” 🙂
As a teacher who went through the programme with Kate’s guidance I feel, OMG, I am a Brand New now, like really. The way I ask questions to my students, the way I talk with people. It can be described as softer, more delicate and brain friendly.
Kate, please do what you do as I feel it can change education all around the world ♥️
Even though my students seemed to be happy with my performance, I felt as if there was something missing in my lessons and I somehow wasn’t meeting my own expectations. I wasn’t quite sure what it was that I needed / wanted to change. I signed up for the course also because I felt I was close to a professional burnout and I was hoping to get another perspective on teaching.
I entered the NeuroLanguage Coaching certification programme with no previous knowledge of coaching. In the course I had numerous opportunities to be in the role of both the coach and the coachee. I found both roles very challenging. As a coach it was difficult to come up with appropriate questions and as a coachee it was hard to open up.
I learnt how important it is to treat each student/ client individually without projecting my own perspective on them, how vital it is to constantly praise them to keep their dopamine level up in order to enhance their learning process. I am now more patient with my students and allow them time to think without rushing them. And most importantly I embraced silence 🙂
The NeuroLanguage Transformation made me realise how unique our brains are and therefore how unique each and every one of us is.
I was very keen on the idea of meeting face to face from the start and I wasn’t wrong about that. Meeting everybody in person made a huge difference for me. It felt more real – especially that the training venue was very homely and pleasant.
And Kate, you really had a positive impact on me. You 're full of empathy and patience, qualities I really admire in people. I was really impressed by your coaching skills. Watching you made me want to follow in your footsteps.
Before my participation in the NLC certification course in Warsaw I really liked teaching English. But it happened quite often, that the process of teaching got boring and stereotypical. I could also feel that my students were losing their interest in learning.
Signing up for the course I wanted a BIG CHANGE. I wanted to find a new way of teaching and to experience something new. I thought this programme would bring something new into my teaching career, but it actually brought new quality into my personal life too!
You are very inspiring for me, Kasia. I have never met a similar trainer before. Everything seemed so natural from your side. It was very interesting, involving. Even during some periods, when I felt tired or I had headache – I was always immersed to the training. I hope I learnt at least something from your style and hope I can use it myself.
Working with you both in Warsaw and online was a big WOW and I am a bit sad that a great part of the journey ended. Im so enthusiastic about any further courses with you, Kasia 🙂 And with our lovely group! It made me transform my way of communication. It totally changed my opinion on schools and education system. Oh God! It came just in the right time – when most of my life takes motherhood.
I experienced so much and got so much from this transformation programme! NeuroLanguage Coaching is not only a professional way for me, but mainly a new way of life. I dont want it to finish now.
I would love to go on with some training with you all! 😀
Just working with you, Kate, was a very enriching experience, not only on the level of knowledge transferred regarding the course, but the whole environment of our meetings, communication and your approach in general. Outside of class, I very often try to think about how I convey certain information, how I talk to someone, how I communicate with my partner. Apart from the strictly professional aspect, meeting you was very inspiring and gave me a lot to think about my life, celebrating leisure time and communicating with others. Your coaching style of delivery is so full of empathy and understanding.
Having numerous opportunities to enter the role of not only the coach, but also of the coachee during the course was definitely a positive experience that helped me to understand what brain friendly learning is all about, so it is easier to put it into practice.
The whole training gave me a boost and brought up many ideas that I am slowly putting into practice. Several months after the training, I see a big change for the better, both in myself and in my clients.
Working as a language coach I focus 100% on my customers so I am very happy to help them even more. For some, learning English is key to achieving their goals so I’m happy to be a part of that.
I now perceive NeuroLanguage Coaching as comprehensive support of the client in understanding their linguistic needs, guiding them on the right track, motivating them throughout the process, teaching in a way they enjoy.
I am very happy that I was able to participate in this training. I met great people. I feel that there are still many things I could learn so I would like to continue to develop in this direction.
The beat of my heart was my reason to sign up for the course. More specifically – I saw the advert and immediately felt that I have to be there! I came with this strong gut feeling that this course will bring missing parts to me as an educator.
From the very first meeting online (I was sitting on the beach then :)) I’ve felt that I belong to my training group. Kate, you are excellent at creating safe and friendly atmosphere for learning and development. Your voice – so soft and gentle, your smile – bringing the light everywhere you come, your attitude – calm and perfectly profesional… all of these are still with me – THANK YOU 🙂
I benefited greatly from your coaching style of delivery! I’ve noticed that Neurolanguage Coaching style is totally mine. This empathetic and safe relation, active listening, contant strive for full understanding, all these harmonized with my learner’s needs. I enjoyed being question – guided. Discovering things on my own, creating the plan and touch basing gave me the ultimate learning pleasure and made me extremely motivated and active. It made my brain happy 😉
I think I had quite a big knowledge of coaching before I enrolled for the NLC programme – I have attended some short courses, webinars on coaching. I was aware of its great value and positive impact. However, only after experiencing coaching as a real learner I understood its great power.
I enjoyed entering the role of both – a coach and a coachee – during the course. Both roles enriched my workshop as an eduacator. I understood the whole educational process by taking these two opposite perspectives.
I’ve been a critical thinking trainer for more than 2 years and I’ve been using critical thinking tools and developing critical thinking dispositions during my English lessons. All the concepts introduced by you were close to my heart. Some of these concepts were only felt by me – now they are fully understood and used with awareness.
Becoming a NeuroLanguage Coach, I became a better listener, seeking for more understanding, asking more questions, avoiding quick and strong assumptions.
Katie, I believe that every person appearing in my live is meant for something. You are indeed. Thank you for all the light, understanding, positive energy and connection 🙂
Before I joined the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification programme delivered by Kate in Warsaw I felt confident as a language teacher, however I wanted to explore a new approach to teaching English in order to improve the quality and therefore efficiency of my work. The main expecttion I brought to the course was to learn more about brain-based learning.
I didn’t have any previouse experience with coaching and knew very little about it so I started the course with a really open mind and everything we learned was very new to me.
The incorportion of coaching skills into language teaching, espcially of powerful questions was an eye opener for me. I love the fact that not only does it help expand your English skills but also develops the coachee in a holistic way – as a human being. This is a huge add on to NeuroLanguage Coaching.
NeuroLanguage Coaching is the concept that gives the coaches the tools to help people make the process of learning easier, more enjoyable and more efficient as it’s taylor made.
Thanks to the participation in the course I realised that I am not only the coach but also a human being and therefore I don’t have to be perfect and all knowing „teacher”.
I see You Kate as a very unique and interesting personality, open to growth as a human being which impressed me most. This was the huge add on to the whole course.
I loved your transparency with sharing your feelings on different things, openness, flexibility, respect to us as coachees. It helped me realise that we don’t need to wear smart clothes (I liked your casual style) or pretend to be someone else in order to be liked and accepted by clients/coachees. You asking the insightful powerful questions gave me the feeling of being respected and made me see as a very knowledgeable professional.
As a coach I am at the beginning of my path but have all the necessary tools and your example to improve with time.
I’m really grateful for this experience.
Having decided to partake in the NLC training process I must admit that I was not entirely sure about it until the very last moment. And I cannot express how happy I am for having a chance to meet Kate and all get trained by her.
My doubts were caused by the fact that I had never had practical contact with ANY form of coaching before, so I was afraid that I’m not going to be able to get much from the course itself. Oh how wrong I was!
The experience had a huge impact not only on my professional life but my relationships with people around me in general. I’m so grateful for all the knowledge that I was able to obtain during our sessions.
If I were to compare working with Kate to something, I would say that it’s like allowing your brain to spend a day or two in a relaxing spa, with calm music in the background and the overwhelming feeling of tranquility. It’s all due to the fact that
Kate’s approach to her coachees is like that described above: full of tranquility.
Whenever you feel anxious, she will calm you down with her tone of voice and her unique approach to you.
After leaving the course I felt (and still do feel) lots of fresh energy and motivation to master the techniques learned during the process as well as to learn more about myself (which I also did during the process).
Thank you Kate!
I have perceived Kate as somebody very inspiring, warm and caring… In my relationship with her I felt that I was being taken care of and at the same time being given the time and space to digest all the new information and to go through the NeuroLanguage transformation. She deeply inspires through her experience and due to this I learned what true, active listening is and how it makes all the difference.
Before NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification Course I felt disconnected. The process helped me to become more aware and open myself to new information. And this is exactly how I would like my clients to feel.
When I completed the course I felt enlightened and empowered.
I also discovered how much I enjoy learning. And how sensitive I am to words and how my words can affect people around me.
I definitely restored my trust in the change we educators can make and the impact we can have.
The impact of Kate’s presence during the course was one of the deepest and greatest in my life. I felt awakened. I am really grateful.
I had the Chance to meet Katarzyna in November 2019 during our group online sessions and then following in person training. From the first moment she appeared to me as an open-minded, understanding, inspiring and welcoming person, curious of the world and people, deeply devoted to making the trainee feel comfortable around herself. I am continuously impressed by her training, communication and coaching approach. Katarzyna incredibly combines both knowledge of neuroscience and coaching!
I came to the course with an open mind – I was ready to take notes, comprehend the assigned material, listen attentively and take part in the course activities. What I did not expect before I entered the process was that my Heart was closed. I was ready to take the course on the cognitive level, not being aware of the situation, that it was the Heart that I would have to open as well. That is why I think magic happened in the process that opened my Heart and let me into a different world, which I do not want to leave.
The feeling that accompanied me both during the course and after it was the feeling of being well taken care of, fully informed and thus calm about the upcoming events in the NeuroLanguage world, which I was about to step into.
I believe the most essential value of the experience I shared with Katarzyna is the opportunity to look deeply into myself as a language coach and reach new resources, the existence of which I was unaware. I believe that during our training a huge transformation begun within me, not only as Kate’s Neurolanguage Coach Trainee but also as a woman in all possible areas of life.
I appreciate the possiblity to be Katarzyna’s trainee. It was wonderful to be fully accepted the way I was. To be treated as a partner in conversation rather than a student. That was my observation of Katarzyna’s behaviour towards our whole group of the participants. For me it created the atmosphere of safety during our course and after it. I strongly recommend working with Katarzyna as it is a life changing experience.
Before I decided to join the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification course in Warsaw I had a chance and a pleasure to share some of my teaching and learning experience with Kate. We both deeply believed that the environment of educational processes has a great impact on the learner.
What stroke me the most in my communication with Kate was the power of listening that she has and how easy it is to talk with her. How enjoyable it can be – having a chance to chat with such a partner!
Then the time came for our face to face sessions in Warsaw and much before I felt it would not be only a course, but something much beyond that.
The most memorable thing for me is the way Kate introduced me to the process. With respect to her manners, kindness and the tone of her voice plus skills that she demonstrated simultaneously, I knew I would experience something extraordinary and remarkable.
Yet when I was going into the process deeper, I was more convinced that this is going to be a new path for me – as a teacher but also as a person. After a few years struggling with myself daring to find something different in educational process, I think I have found the new opening.
Any experience I’ve had with Kate was always positive. She seemed the right person in the right place from the very beginning.
I perceive her as a person with heart, good intuition and emotionally supporting our every step. She made me feel heard and listened to.
She gave me power and energy to move on through the NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification course, made it an enjoyable and eye-opening experience.
She showed me the importance of the change, shift, transformation, that there is much more beyond, ahead, not to be expressed with words. That we need to feel it inside us and let it grow and change us. That it will affect us, the way we perceive the world and people around us.
It was like I knew I was looking for the right direction in life – and Kate served as a signpost finally showing me where to go and what to do.
The role of me as a learner has only begun. After the course I see how much I need to grasp and comprehend to be fully embraced by the transformation. The most crucial thing is the realisation that it’s never too late to change, never to late to fix things, never too late to start anew.
The most essential value is that we are all important, everything we do matters, that we do affect other people and we can grow together and benefit each other.
Kate is the person to trust with difficult things, to guide us through the new, to make us start asking questions and to make us get curious.
I believe NeuroLanguage Coaching is not just working with people, it’s working with their most hidden self, the very intimate inside part of humans.
My very first over the phone conversation with Kate left me calm and composed. I was amazed that a complete stranger was able to detect my mood and say the words of comfort I really needed back then.
She has shown me that there is always a way out even of a seemingly hopeless situation. It is a deeply calming effect that she has on me. I wish I had her voice recorded for meditation purposes! I have realized that even the softest and quietest voice may be incredibly powerful and may break down walls.
Her inner calmness was contagious. She has shown me that an educator, a language coach can do so much for another person and share their knowledge by simply listening, observing and calming the coachees or students down; by showing them that the educator, coach is there and gives 100% of their attention.
You are always so composed and I love the way you talk to your coachees. I am impressed by your vigilance- you can spot someone’s change of mood in the blink of an eye.
Intuition, vigilance and calmness- these are the words that come to my mind when I think of Kate. These are the traits that distinguish her from other educators and other people I have met so far.
Before I entered the process, I was fed up with traditional and strict rules of Polish education system; especially with the lack of empathy and not paying attention to the emotions of the learner. I wanted to create the best atmosphere possible for my Learners, to make them feel at ease and immerse into a new language without any fear of failure.
NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification Warsaw course gave me the tools and beautifully shocking solutions to help my learners and myself to make the most of the learning process.
The most critical thing I have learnt about myself is the fact that I am capable of crossing many borders and conquering my fears to be a better teacher and a coach and that this human interaction is what I love most about our profession.
The most essential value the experience has brought me is the understanding that empathy and listening are the most critical abilities that allow us to create good relationships with others and that being sensitive is an asset not a flaw.
I can still feel the ”magic” that took place during Kate’s language coaching sessions! And I’m so grateful for the journey!
Kasia treats people with respect and deep understanding, going into the inner world, dragging the best out of the innocent soul of not-that-aware-of-it trainee. I recall my experience of being her trainee during NeuroLanguage Coaching Certification Warsaw as very awareness-building.
The training helped me reveal the resources I was not sure I had, affecting my personal and professional life. Not only did I have to open myself to language coaching, but also to coaching itself.
The hardest part was to experience it on myself, because it showed the impact of powerful questions. I welcomed that challenge. It helped me start a new journey.
Although I always believed in coaching and personal development, I had never expected that to be such a powerful tool.
Before I entered the process I was certain that I would love to upgrade my teaching. After the process I know that it was not upgraded, it was rebuilt.
Kasia encourages people to follow and discover the coach they already have inside and to reconnect with the emotions and feelings. Throughout the course I experienced anxiety as well as amazement. I believe that is how the change is made.
If I were to illustrate the whole impact, I’d say that she is like the sun. She gives you power to burn what you want to burn and highlight what you choose to highlight.
If I were to list three things that I love in teaching, it would be people, communication and growth. And that is exactly what Neurolanguage® Coaching is about – seeing people for who they are, respectful communication and acknowledgement of one’s needs as to language and the brain, and being the guide on the side for those who have a growth mindset.
The workshop with Kasia certainly helped me to rediscover a culture of learning that is motivating and brain-friendly. What I appreciate most is that Kasia practised what she preached, being the perfect coach for us, creating a soothing and welcoming atmosphere of understanding and support. I loved being a coachee and I learned to tame silence.
I can truly recommend the Neurolanguage® Coaching Certification workshop with Kasia- let her do her magic on you:)
Katie, thank you for the fact that I was, and I am one of the lucky ones that got the chance to attend the NeuroLanguage Coaching® Certification Course. The training was absolutely superb
and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was extremely informative and incredibly useful. I have attended several trainings before but I can’t recall any of them having such a strong impact. You have done a wonderful job and I appreciate your efforts.
I am overwhelmed with your enthusiasm and your ability to motivate others to increase their potential. I was in the right place with the right people.
And although I know that this is the beginning of my journey, it is a beautiful start to what I definitely want to become my life path.
Thank you, Kate.

Katarzyna Bruder
